Tall of stature Sur-Knight stood 15.2. Sur-Knight was U.S. Reserve National Champion in Halter and U. S. National Top Ten In English Pleasure. Sur-knight took 91 Class "A" Championships during his career in Halter, English Pleasure and Park. Sur-Knight qualified for U.S. Nationals 9 times although he only showed once at Nationals. At the age of 26 Sur-knight still took the Championship at a local show. Sur-Knight had tremendous hock action and presented a zealous appearance. Sur-Knight slipped in the barn at 27 and broke his leg. His time was cut short. Sur-knight's last owner Eldon Case has fond memories of this great horse as a trail horse and Champion.
